By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) No Legal Advice
Content on the Site (including articles, videos, posts, FAQs, downloadable materials, and general information) is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal developments. You should not act (or refrain from acting) based on Site content without obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
3) No Attorney–Client Relationship
Using this Site, submitting a form, sending an email, scheduling a consultation, initiating a chat, or sending a text message does not create an attorney–client relationship with Heritance Law.
An attorney–client relationship is formed only when:
-
we confirm in writing that we will represent you; and
-
you sign an engagement agreement (and any required retainer is paid).
4) Do Not Send Confidential or Time-Sensitive Information
Do not send confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information through:
-
website forms,
-
chat tools,
-
email,
-
SMS/text messaging,
-
social media messages, or
-
voicemail,
unless and until an attorney–client relationship is established in writing.
We cannot guarantee the security of communications sent through the Site or by standard email/text.
5) Eligibility and Use of the Site
You agree you will:

-
use the Site to impersonate others.
6) Scheduling, Consultations, and Fees
Scheduling tools and consultation availability are subject to change. A scheduled consultation does not guarantee representation.
Fees, retainers, and billing terms (if any) are governed by a written engagement agreement and/or written fee agreement.
7) Communications Consent (Email, Phone, and SMS)
By providing your contact information to Heritance Law (including through forms, scheduling links, intake tools, phone calls, or other submissions), you agree that we may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide for purposes that may include:
